Profibus communication times

(0)  I have an S120 and 2 G120 drives on a 1.5mbps profibus network. What communication times should I expect? The S120 is the master and other drives have to match its speed based on the ACTUAL running speed of the master drive. I am experienceing latency of about 150ms so reaction is not quick enough. All ramps are handled in the PLC (S7-315DP) using FC57 for the master drive and the others factored based on the actual speed of the master rather than the set point of the master. Basicaly the drive before needs to run at 65% of the master and the drive after approximately 105% due to process requirments. All the drives' ramp functions are identical in Starter. I could use the same FC57 for each drive having factored the setpoint but it is critical that the drives are exactly matched to within 1 or 2 %. Profibus can be run in a ischrone mode.
