I have 6SE7024-7ED61-ZA00(G93) and use this for hoisting on crane. I have problem with precharging board in this device as the resistors of this board open and F002 accrues and the board sometimes burned. I change burned board with new one but it happens again.
What should I do?Rnf:lblSmileyTooltip_ think

Dear all.

I have a question about this fault.

I have a similar fault with a masterdrive in a crane but in the turn movement. The resistors and the precharging circuit are broken.

Its the second time that this matter and i dont know what check.

Best regards

Dear All,
I have a similar problem but in an AFE unit (MLFB 6SE7035-1EJ80) that feeds an invertier unit (MLFB 6SE7035-1TJ60). Actually, it does precharge the intermediate circuit but it does slowly and some times it appears F002. If it doesn't appear F002, when the main contactor closes it does a big spark generating overcurrent fault (F011). And when that happens some of the capacitor modules of the inverter blows up.
If anybody has any clue I can follow, I would appreciate it.

Just in order to close the circle is that I would like to inform that I already found the problem that caused the F002 precharging fault in my AFE unit.

It was related to a damaged IVI board.
