Dear Expert,

It would be appreciated if you could help us with the following problem we have for starting up our VFD (sinamics GM150)

here is the problem we have for starting up our VFD which has the following identity:

Model: Sinamics GM150 Air cooled

Software Version 2.5

 We configured the VFD for "vector control with sensor" and we set up all parameters  and all DI/DO and AI/AO  signals are correctly  wired and set ,the VFD powers up and goes to "Ready for operation" mode but does not go to "in operation" mode at all however all related signals for this mode are ok.

thus we decided to change the "vector control with sensor" to "V/f linear"  as you know this mode is far more simple than "vector" we started up the VFD again this time VFD goes to "in operation" but the problem is although we have frequency at output, there is no voltage at the outputs of VFD (voltage is very low almost zero).

we made another test by disconnecting the motor cable from VFD and starting up again ,this time VFD goes to "in operation mode"  and voltage goes up as frequency in f_out=50Hz it reaches to 3300v but after a few seconds voltage drops to around 300v.
