Error 27095 Help

Hi

I am trying to fix my Sinumerik 840D CNC system and am having the following errors.

27095 NCK SPL protection not activated
27095 PLC SPL protection not activated.

An explation of these errors and what may be causing them would be appreciated.

This is a Safety Integrated Type Alarm.
I think it's indicating that the
Safety Integrated Functions for the
nck & plc have not started up.
Are there any other alarms?

in MD 11500[1] PREVENT_SYNACT_LOCK frist IDS nr of SAFE.SPF 
    MD 11500[2] PREVENT_SYNACT_LOCK last  IDS nr of SAFE.SPF

and in PLC Program DB18.DBX36.0 to 1
