system authorizations - remote activation

(0)  Hi i have my system set up with two redundant servers and one client. i can download to all servers correctly but when the project runs on the client it doesnt pull down the full project, the hierarchy is visible at the top of the screen but i cannot click on any of the screens. the only visible page i can see is the alarms page. i think this may be because i have not got the remote activation / remote configuration / only monitoring options in my user administration. but i do not know how to get them in there. can any one help me with this? regards Mark

Yoga Shankar Beigetreten am: 12.06.2009 Letzter Besuch: 14.09.2012 Beiträge: 288 Bewertung:  (15)	(0)  The "remote" option do not apply to general Server Client communication.  You may try the following On the ES, reassign the Servers to clients in the Simatic Manager. delete the existing project folders on the client machines and perform an entire download to all the clients. This may serve as a solution in case of corrupted projects on the clients.  IMPOSSIBLE SPELLS I'M POSSIBLE

BillyBob Beigetreten am: 21.09.2010 Letzter Besuch: 09.04.2013 Beiträge: 20 Bewertung:  (0)	(0)  on the Es open up your WIncc Explorer, go to Picture tree manager and make sure that the pictures requiered are currently insertered into a Node. once you are certain that they are there open up OS Project editor and go to area rearange them and click ok. now download to your servers. you might have to do this on your server Wincc and Client Wincc depending on setup of system
