Hi dear experts and friends.
here is one problem iam facing just check the attached file. there is 8 operator login user and password is created one is admin. in run time operator operator1 operator 2 up to 8 in there operator is not taking the password.
there is no back up project atleast cross cheking whether there is group user enabled or monitor admin
so how can i recti fy this......? can any one help me how to reset it its MP277 10"panel.

Hello,
- You have to know the password to login. If not or if you forgot it, please contact the programmer to provide you with it.
- If your screen is touch screen, did you checked that you do not need to recalibrate the screen? May be you now the password and you just need to recalibrate screen to enter password in a correct way. You can use an external USB keyboard and/or USB mouse.
