Hello,

ANYBODY PLEASE HELP ME cry.

I am facing a unusual problem. In one project, earlier all the PLC's, Engg Station, HMI Server & HMI clients were on the same network. We were facing sudden PLC-to-PLC communication failures. So, we have separated the network, keeping all the PLC in one network and all the HMI clients in another network. The Engg Station and HMI Server are connected to both the networks. They are connected to the PLC Network via CP1613 and to the client network via motherboard NIC. Earlier both were connected to the network via the motherboard NIC only. We were using TCP/IP access path of the NIC's for S7ONLINE  interface on the Engg Station.

Now, I have set CP1613 (ISO) for the S7ONLINE interface via the Set PG/PC interface tool. But, Whenever I am trying to go online to the PLC, Rnf:lblSmileyTooltip_ think the S7ONLINE interface access path is automatically changing to TCP/IP of the motherboard NIC Rnf:lblSmileyTooltip_ , which has got no connection to the PLC cry. So, I am not being able to make any online interface with the PLC. This is not happening when I am viewing the accessible nodes. I have tried uninstalling the Motherboard NIC from Device Manager, but then also, S7ONLINE interface access path automaticlly changes to TCP/IP of the NIC.

Can somebody give any solution urgently?

regards,
rajudon

I recreated all the single user projects, by exporting the HW configuration of each single user project, copying the blocks and recreating all the NetPro's. Then I was able to go online via CP1613(ISO), in each of the single user projects.

Then hopefully, I merged all the single user projects into one multiproject (like they were before), merged all the necessary ethernet and profibus subnets. But, then I got a new problem. One of the single user projects was not going online. So, I revert back to the old configuration of a single network, connected the Engg Station to the network via its own motherboard NIC and disabled the CP1613 from the device manager. I selected ISO access path of the motherboard NIC as the S7ONLINE Set PG/PC interface. But then again, UNFORTUNATELY the S7ONLINE interface changed to CP1613(ISO).

I am feeling helpless with the situation. Please somebody help me urgently.

rajudon
