HELLO
LATELY i have a problem,when i start the wincc runtime , on the graphics the alarm don't display,
the license manager show no license missing.
when i use the plc simulator,the dada can read and write on the wincc runtime,but the alarm window don't display.
so can somebody help me?

Can you please attach a screenshot off the problem, it's not clear what is the problem.

Hello,

First check if Alarm Logging Runtime is checked in the tab Startup  at Computer properties.

If Alarm Logging Runtime wasn't checked, you get another message like "No database available". In this case, it seems there's something wrong with the registration of the alarm control instead. Perhaps re-installing your SP can fix this.

when i start the runtime
there is no alarm
