Laptop is crached

Dear all,
My laptop is crached the last time with all the simatic software and licencies.
I have installed a new hard disk on my laptop,
the old disk is reachable as an extern disk(used as E disk)
I have some questions:
(1) is it possible to start the step 7 and other simatic software from the old disk(E)
I have tried this, unfortunately without any results (i'm missing s7oDB.....dll file).
If this is impossible then, i must to reinstall all the software of simatic 7 again.
(2) How i can restore all my licentie keys again from the old disk(E).?? that means how kan ik copie my keys from the old disk to siemens usb sticks, and then transfer it to the new one (C:)

by using " Automation License Manager "
- select the old C: drive at old hard disk
- select all license keys on it
- right click -> transfer
- select the new drive at the new hard disk
note :from now don't save the license keys at C:

I am now using D: for installing the keys. so if I have to formate my C: , the keys on D: remain the same .
so use D: or E: or F: (any drive instead of operating system drive C:)

If you reinstall your Siemens software, copy your key's as mentioned above. And copy the Siemens\Step7\S7Proj folder from your old to your new disk, you can open the projects in your new Step 7.
