Use of 3RB21 relays at the output of frequency converter

Dear Friends,
We have five roller table motors at the output of our S120 motor module. We have MPCBs for their switching and protection. Additionally we have used 3RB21 relays for each motor.
But in manual of 3RB21 it is written that we can't use it at the output of frequency converters (Please refer attachment).
Can anyone tell me what will happen or why we can't use 3RB21 relays at output of drives?
