The FBA121 is a libary from Siemens Industry Industrial Services (old: Siemens A&D I&S, or Siemens ANL).

So ask the person who installed for you the TDC about manual for this library.

Hello.
Installation files of D7-SYS will not help you, as this is not standard library of D7-SYS. I'm not sure that you can find the download link for this documents. I'll try to see tomorrow at my work PC, as I remember I have some old version of this description.

Hello.
I could find only help-file for FBA121.
Did you try to find the description in the program archive, especially look in the folder 'Project\Global\sdblocks'.

Hello.
That is what I could find.
SRCVLF is the block from library MAKMP5. In the help to this FB it is written that it consist of combination of CBRM/CBT blocks (this blocks are inside SRCVLF). CBRM/CBT are from library fba121, so as you have help-file for fba121 you may read about how this combination works under description of CBRM block. May be this will help you to eliminate the error.
