Hi to all,

Currently i am working on "PCS7 V6.1 Sp3". We have established redundant server & client architecture in plant. Time synchronisation is also established between redundant server's, clients & CPU 414-2H.

We are capturing trends on both servers but it showing "different values at the same time instance" whenever the surge occurs in the process for particular process parameter. How to resolve this problem? Kindly provide the solution.

Regards,
R J

Hello R J

Did you check if the archives of booth servers are synchronized? And have the same values?
Do they have the same PC time? Is the time synchroniszation OK?

If the time synchronisation is running without mistakes and the archives are synchronized, the values must be the same.

Regards

With best regards,

Hi RJ,
Just check the if you are using COM cable for data sync between two servers.

If using then check:
1. Also check the settings in your wincc if this feature is enabled.

2. If you are using the  COM cable just check it once again for proper functioning.
