     Hello

I'm using  Sinamics S120 in Servo mode. I need to reset the encoder pulses number.
In other words I need to set the position to zero.

But  I don't use the simple positioner.  Is it possible?

      Anybody can halp me?

    Thanks

Any reason you aren't using the simple positioner??
You can enable this function in the properties but still run the drive in speed control by removing the 'enable position controller' bit P2550 then reset your actual position using P2515 and P2514 without the drive tripping.
If the position control function is not selected the drive does not process the position to be reset anyway.

Dear inol_ba

Send encoder counts to PLC through Profibus .Parameter no. r479 can be used to send encoder counts to PLC. reset encoder  counts to zero as required by PLC during start of each cycle. Parameter no.P480.14 can be used to make count zero. need to force 1 to this parameter to reset counts.

Regards,
Shank
