Hello...

May there could be disturbance in your SIMOCOMU cable connected with your Laptop...

799 FEPROM backup and HW Reset required

Cause :Parameters were re-calculated. Parameters must be saved and the module run up again after this new calculation.

Remedy :The newly calculated data should be saved in the FEPROM. The new parameters become effective the next time that the module runs up!

Check it...

Regards,
Prakash

Hello....

Nothing to worry about the alarm 799, this alarm appears after configuring the drive every time. you have to just save the file in EPROM and give a POWER ON RESET. the drive will be ok.

Hi.

If I understand you correctly.
I think you have changed between the control board is a uniaxial two-axis power module and the drive. So you have an error in drive B uniaxial power module. You do not see the drive B, because single-axis power module.

You will need: Menu "Option"->"Service"->"Delete drive configuration".

You remove the memory drive data on both drives (Drive A and Drive B). Next you need to parameterize the drive A again.

Best regards.
