Good morning,

the problem is that i had a message coming from a press it said "NO DATA FROM THE PRESS"
 
so when i found the node i notice the Rx led ( Receive ) was always green, and i had no fault at the software, or hardware fault,

i restarted the CPU that controls the DATA PRESS but during all the time the fault last i always had this green led solid Rx, as it usually only blinks after press.

so i decided the card was damaged and i decided to exchange for the next side card, so i disconected both of them there was a temporary red led indicating that i removed the cards and exchanged the cards and then the red led turn off, what is my surprise that the led Rx was now with OFF STATE , so what happend??? i only exchanged the cards.
 
so please i want to know about what could have caused that the Rx led was always ON, we want to prevent this happened again in the future

Did you check the software blocks at that moment. (Perhaps you now the status of Receive block)

Well i had a error from a timer, which comes from a bit

BIT: ANFORDERUNG DATA  PRESS ( DATA REQUEST TO PRESS )

THIS BIT IS RESET FOR 3 REASONS

1. IF YOU RESET THE STATION

2. AT THE START OF THE SEQUENCE

3. IN AUTOMATIC WHAT IS WHAT I AM EXPECTING

IF THE PLC RECEIVES A VALID DATA,  IT RESETS THIS BIT,
IF THE PLC WERE RECEIVING DATA  VALID IT HAD RESET THE BIT ANFORDERUNG DATA PRESS, AND I DIDNT SEE ERROR MESSAGES FROM THE FUNCTIONS REGARDING TO THE HARDWARE.

I DONT KNOW HOW TO REPRODUCE THE FAULT. Rnf:lblSmileyTooltip_
