Good day,

I have been working in the PLC's for quiet some time, but relatively new to drives. My application requires monitoring of 'current, power and actual speed' while only 'speed set point' is being provided to the drive.

Placing the correct 'Connector number's' in the analog output parameters will do the job, but what I couldnt figure out is that how am I supposed to callibrate the output, like for instance, I need

0 V output on 0 KW
and 10 V on 7.5 KW

Precisely, I need to know to use normaliztion parameter in this context.

Secondly, how can I wire up the physical analog input to the actual speed set point and callibrate it accordingly, like 0 V represents 0 RPM and 10 V = 1900 RPM.

Thankyou.

Hello.
All connectors in the drive are represented in % of rated value. You may read about normalization of each connector in the manual, chapter 12. For configuring analog inputs/outputs there are special normalization parameters, e.g. P701 for AI at terminals X174:4,5 or P711 for AI at terminals X174:6,7. The same are available for analog outputs (e.g. P721, P731). Look at manual, function diagram sheets G113-G116, chapter 8. For the power I could find only K0307 - motor power output (Normalization:16384 =∧P100 * (P101 – P100 * P110)).
