Siemens states there is no difference. As for practice i can approve that signal modules are good enough even if package contains Chinese.

But once i stumbled on following - we purchased AO modules. It was regular white sticker on packaging. When we checked we discovered they have unstable outputs, i.e. with 13824 on the exit they were oscillating near 12mA, instead of standing still. We returned these modules to Siemens and they provided another set - with orange stickers and higher HW version, although order number was the same....
