MAG5000 loses pulse signal output

Detail: + the pulse signal output doesn’t work so i can't receive the pulse signal to count the flow. + The current output is still ok. I still receive current signal on my PLC. How is my transmitter error? How solve the problem?

Chook Beigetreten am: 13.06.2006 Letzter Besuch: 15.04.2013 Beiträge: 186 Bewertung:  (6)	(0)  Hi,  You have to make a visual inspection of connection board, but this board is very hard to get damage unless the surface mount components blow up onto the PCB due to your power surge damage happened.   You aslo check the pins of PCB connector to ensure the pins are not bended.  Connection board for polyamide terminal box 24 Vdc, new part number is A5E02559817 Regards Choock

thaduri Beigetreten am: 02.09.2010 Letzter Besuch: 22.05.2013 Beiträge: 3 Bewertung:  (0)	(0)  -->First check if pulse o/ps are enabled -->Are you using active or passive o/p? if they are enabled double check with your multimeter,you will see that values are jumpimh up and donw. -->use resistors as indicated in manual other wise it will not work
