The system includes a Node-to-Node redundant system (node 10 and 11) connected by Mnet. Each node has 3 Mbus racks (4 CCM+ 4MB). Please help me choosing the minimum number of IEM. Can I do it by just replacing two MBX's with two IEM or I need to add more IEM?

(0)  You can actually get away with one IEM, however the traditional architecture has two, one connected to each node. When replacing MBX with IEMs remember that you still need to maintain an MBUS connection between Node 10 and Node 11. You can do this with a pair of MBUS cables connected between the two racks that house the controllers. Contact Tech Support if you need to talk this through with someone. Good luck, RJP
