1.HOW CAN I UPGRADE ACM TO ACM+?  Assuming you have the hardware already, in 4-mation create a new offline ACM+ configuration. Do not initialize (double-click) the module yet, leave it "yellow" in the module tree. Export your existing ACM configuration. Import teh expoted ACM file into the new ACM+. Review\resolve any errors or warnings. You can then transfer teh newly created offline ACM+ to the controller online (ACM+).

2.IF I CHANGE SECONDARY CPU IN REDUNDANCY MODE WITH NEW CPU,THIS CPU AUTOMATICALY WILL COMMITIONED WITH PRIMARY CPU? I would not attempt this on a running plant. The best way to handle is to do it when teh plant is offline then remove both old ACMs, install one new ACM+. Allow the new one to initialize, then add the redundant partner.

3.IN CASE OF 2 IF MY CPU IS NOT EMPTY:IS IT CORRECT I CHANGE WITH SECONDARY CPU?
& WHAT HAPPENED AFTER THIS ACTION? I would not attempt this.

Contact Tech Support if you need to talk this through with someone.

Good luck,
RJP
