I want to integrate an winCC project into Simatic.
But I do not get the option in the menu for Simatic to do that.
I use WinCC V7.0.0 and Simatic V5.5
Could it be compability issues with these versions?
Has it anything to say in witch order these are installed? WinCC was installed first.

I`ve installed all the options from the instalation CD`s. And I`ve tried to install hotfix versions but this does not work with the WinCC version.

The problem is that I do not get up the menu for OS import or WinCC, in Simatic manager.
I have installed the device drivers.
The example you refere to is Simatic V 5.4, it looks different in V 5.5

Any other ideas?

Dear Stefan,
Just to add some information, the smart tool, WINCC OBJECT manager is required for the integration of a Wincc project into Simatic Manager. And wincc v7.0 onwards the installation procedure is little diffrent for the smart tools. If you are not getting any options for the integration then you can go to the add/remove programs-wincc- then select 'change' remember to have the wincc installation disc in the drive and then you will get an option of wincc object manager which needs to be selected.
I think this should solve your problem.

Thanks and regards,
