Yes, it seems those cards are "S7-400". In panel you should have Jeida/PCMCIA module and type of cards:

2 MByte           6ES7952-1KL00-0AA0

4 MByte           6ES7952-1KM00-0AA0

8 MByte           6ES7952-1KP00-0AA0  

16 MByte         6ES7952-1KS00-0AA0
