Fatal Error

Dear All,


              Well working S7 200 plc(CPU 226 DC/DC/DC) goes to stop with SF fault. Then i connect PPI cable try to upload that plc programm it shows there is no block present there. then i got information from PLC in online it shows "Permanent Memory error on user program". Then i try to Clear PLC it given error " Password protected". Then i try to Erase Memory Cartridge" its Not permissiable in this PLC it given feedback. Then I try to put run Mode through the software PLC message is " cannot process the command because PLC uploading and Downloading is Fatal Error or missing hardware .
 
   In this i attached snap shot of PLC Information. Please help regarding this.

Hello,

Try starting the CPU without memory cartridge first.
Switch off the powersupply, remove cartridge, power supply on.
PLC should start now without error (and no program).
If no error, memory cartridge is dammaged, if error remove the extra modules(With power off) and try again.

If still error CPU is Faulty.

Dear Sir,

              Thanks for your support....
     
               I tried that Removed catridge Memory then also same problem, I declared that CPU damaged.

Hi,
one of reson for Fatal Error in s7-200, it can be solved by one of method i.e. Go to windows control panel & change the area & language to as per your Location in Regional settings for XP.
