Field PGM Battery not charging To 100% and regsvr.exe Error

Dear Experts,

Recently  I am facing the following problems with my Field PGM
I have windos XP Professional with SP3.
1)While booting I get  regsvr.exe error ,File not found.
2)Since one month or earlier ,battery was charging to 100% and I could run the PGM at least 2 HRs without AC input plugged In ,but recently I cant ,it gives hardly 30 Min time and Battery never charges to Full ,I tgoes to 30-35% maximum and it stops chaging.

Please sugest for above problems,

Regards battery behavior: It seems battery life is to its end. Replace the battery.

I faced same problem but was fixed when keeping charging the PG for a complete night. Try and let me know.

Dear Friend ,

Thanks for suggestion, but it is clear that either PG kept for hours, it does not go to charging mode after 18-20 % only.

Did you ever try to recalibrate the battery?

Dear Sir,

I tried to callibrate with the tool, but it is first  waiting to Charge the Battery to its full capacity ,as the batterry never goes above 20 % it does nothing , We gat the message Please wait !
