Hello,
It's possible. But Siemens do not sell these type of cables as accessories in S7-200. You can buy them from RadioShack or somewhere similler.

Hello angmu,
You can use 6ES7290-6AA20-0XA0 (SIMATIC S7-200, EXPANSION CABLE FOR EM OF THE 22X CPU 0.8 M).
This flat-ribbon cable can be used for the connection between CPU and I/O expansion module or I/O expanstion module to I/O expansion module. But still i'm not sure if you can use two of these cables in a single system.

From Are there are limitations in terms of how you can expand the S7-22x CPU with expansion modules?

For reasons of electromagnetic compatibility, you may use only one I/O bus extension cable for expansion modules (6ES7 290-6AA20-0XA0) in order to create a two-line setup.
