We have a bottomer making bags for cement, the main drive is a DC Motor with a SIMOREG drive 6RA3430, 3 days ago the machine was not able to spped up, we can just turn with a very slow speed.
We cheked wirings, the main drive and the SIMOREG ( thyrystors and so on)
We cheked also parameters every things sems Okay.
I'm lost what do you recommand?

Hello,

Where did you measure/see the speed of the motor? If you uncoupled the motor, what about speed then?

We uncoupled the motor , we had the same situation, also , the SIMOREG don't show any msg error

Hello.
Did you check the speed setpoint and speed actual value in the drive at this moment (P026 and P025 or K174 and K165)?

Dear,
i want to ask you did you measure the current consumed by dc motors. did you check the 3 phase current per phase . i guest your motor get command to run fixed speed ? if so you can check the reference as adivce by KSN but i feel  you have problem with drive software . if possible you can download again from your backup copy. can you check also firing angle to thyristors i?

Hello, and thank you for responses.
It was a program issue, we upload the parameters and it was ok.
But I have a question, after pouting the JX1 between 2 and 3 I had a fault. And with JX between 1 and 2 It's ok but the Eprom is not protected. What do you think?

Dear,
i do not know how this happen how software got problem ? really it is surprised and can make problem with some cases any way i think SIEMENS may have solution with problem like this may be provide redundancy for ciritical systems. any way you congratulation for  rectifing  your problem.
