Hello,

Did you try to login in safe mode like an administrator? And after to make a new user with admin rights...It seems like a registry issue or a virus (or both). How does it happend that behavior of PG?

Best regards,
Hristo Mihalev

No, with drag&drop will not be possible. When you have administrative rights -> go there and open one by one each folder in order to copy one by one files which required.
