hi all,,, i need to know what is the standard of siemens when terminate the cables in the PLC modules (example: cable spec. with terminal pin or not ???, etc.) thanks

Which PLC do you have S7-200, S7-300, S7-400 or S7-1200 ?
The S7-200 and S7-1200 have screw only, for S7-300 and S7-400 Siemens offers terminals with screws, springs and "Top Connect"

i have S7-300 and S7-400 , i need to know should i use terminal pin for terminate the field wiring cables to the PLC modules or just connet the cable directly to PLC module channel without terminal pins (As attached photos) Thanks

Have a look at this chapter in the S7-300 module manual. And here (chapter 4.13 ff) for the S7-400
In my eyes you do not neet the terminal pins.
