hi all,,,
i need to know what is the standard of siemens when terminate the cables in the PLC modules (example: cable spec. with terminal pin or not ???, etc.)

Which PLC do you have  S7-200, S7-300, S7-400 or S7-1200 ?

The S7-200 and S7-1200 have screw only, for S7-300 and S7-400 Siemens offers terminals with screws, springs and "Top Connect"

i have S7-300 and S7-400 , i need to know should i use terminal pin for terminate the field wiring cables to the PLC modules or just connet the cable directly to PLC module channel without terminal pins (As attached photos)

Have a look at this chapter in the S7-300 module manual.
And here (chapter 4.13 ff) for the S7-400

In my eyes you do not neet the terminal pins.
