i have a problem with one simadyn system, the system stop and show the "H" in all CPU modules

Dears
i have a problem with one simadyn system, the system stop and show the "H" in all CPU modules. The power suply stay in fault state momentarily( flash the red LED). The power suplly was change two times, but the problem remains.
Someone have a sugestion? i need help.

Hello.
H is fatal system error, CPU is in stop mode, user program is not running. You need to read diagnostic data from CPU where the 'H' is flashing. Your PC/PG must be connected directly to the CPU.
What type of Simadyn D you are using? Programmed with Struc or with CFC/D7-SYS?
In CFC you may use menu command 'CPU-Module information'.
If you use Struc, you must use hex monitor, as I know.
