MM440 Drive Trip On Power up

Hi,
We are using MM440 drive for Forward Reverse operation of Transfer Car. Operation is through Terminal inputs to drive. On Switching on the Mains Supply it gives Drive Trip Indication & BOP blinks with the set frequency. But no error code is displayed on BOP. Once i give forward or reverse command through Push Button no trip indication on the panel but when i give stop command again drive trip indication appears.

Kindly let me know if any parameterization needs to be done or there is some hardware error.

Trip indication you talking about is on Drive Panel right?

If it is so, It seems like you have wrongly configured your Digital output

Please check which output has been used for Trip Indication and set Paramter accordingly, also you may have to invert that Signal using P748

Check attachment and refer Manual
