TD 400C compatibility with CPU21x

So my question is - is the TD 400C compatible with older S7-200 CPUs? 

I'm currently trying to connect CPU215 to TD 400C but the program won't download after I use the TD wizard. Compiler shows no errors but when I try to download this message appears:

"A compile error occured, check non-fatal errors for more information."

 

CPU is 215 release 01.00

and TD is TD 400C version 2.0.0.4

Hi,

have you checked the non-fatal errors?

I do not belive that the TD400C will work with a ols 21x PLC. On a 215 it will never work on Port 1 because this is the the DP-Port.

hi,

try to delete "TD_ALM_0" sub program under program block->wizard in the project tree and download it again...

Hi,

but it works (on Port 0). I'll see how it behaves but for now I see no problems.
If something occurs I'll report here in the thread.
