(0)  Maybe you can help me with another timer. It's a T!-!0 timer ( TON ) But it is activated by de Not M10.0 value. The Q value of the timer set M10.0 value.  I think it is wrong , the timer never can count to the TW value. It is active one cicle and off the next. Is this correct ?
