Hi,

I am using Siemens HiPath 3800 PBX (3000 Series) to develop my CTI app. The PBX vendor said he would configure PBX in such a way that all calls would be redirected to particular extension with PC (Says TAPI Server). I will install HIPath CAP Management and TAPi Driver software come with the PBX on TAPI Server. After this i will install my TAPI APP(Third party dll) on the TAPI Server to read the calls etc.

I am completely new to this, how i can configure CAP Management and TAPI Driver in order to get the caller id? Though i am going through the documentations come with these two software, it would be helpful if someone has already done the configuration and shares it.
