Differences between WinCC and WinCC flexible

(0)  I have one question about WinCC, We are thinking about developping an application that will run in a PC to make the supervision of a production line and to other fonctionalities. We are looking which software is better to develop it. I've been reading about WinCC and it seems a really powerful tool. I'm trying to compare if It would be enough for us to develop our application with WinCC felixible and install it like a RT in the PC. Which are the main differences? Do WinCC applications allow to run more than one script at the same time? Does WinCC flexible running as RT allow it? Because for one past project we were working with WinCC flexible on a MP377 and one of the biggest problem was that we needed to wait that one script was finish to make another one start. It can monitor variables, you can have screens and scripts. However the data export and connectivity options are definitely not like WinCC.
