protool download error.

Dear All,

         I am Having Protool software and I have Tried To Download the program to OP7 HMI but could not be successful.
         

         The Error is something Like this:
         E4027. Synchronization Faulty...
                  
              I Have Tried with all the Baud Rate and COM PORT settings..
              Please give me Your Valuable Comments. 
              Eagerly Waiting for it..........

Hi,

there could be difference causes!
Please look to this FAQs.

=> Did you use the right cable?

=> Some settings which you can check...(Check all points!)

Note:
You need on your PC a correct COM interface. Most of Laptops have a "internal USB -> Serial" interface so it could be a problem with this interfaces.
