No output voltage Simoreg 6KRA22

Dear all maestro.....please help me, i got a problem with my old Simoreg 6RA2287-4DV62-0

When i give a set point from 0 vdc until 10 vdc, motor is not moving at all, the output armature voltage from simoreg does not exist, there are field voltage 80vdc 9 Amp,

but does not appear fault message in Simoreg display....

What should i do to solve this problem.....

Check operating status (operating manual chapter 6), check ON signal, check main contactor, check DC fuse, check speed feedback (P02), check reading parameter for setpoint ( P01), check reading parameter for current setpoint (P03)
Have a look to the block diagram in chapter 4 of operating manual for better understanding, what´s going on.

Hello,
Have you checked the 7 segement display? What is displays? Please see the attached file & analyise. Or put the display code along with wiring diagram so as to help you.

thanks for your attention

I have change my card AI (C98043-A1200-L), i take from the other Simoreg then I change all the parameters same as the previous parameters.

But when i try to start, the display show F12

in manual book,

F12 mean i>300% current actual value > 300% of the rated unit current

possible causes: 2U-2W power supply incorrectly connected (incorrect feed forward control)(execute instruction given in section 5.6).

Defective power semi conductors

Current riple too high.

I have cheked 2U-2W power supply and correctly connected, i have checked power semiconductor in good condition.

i try to execute instruction given in section 5.6 (manual optimization of the feed forward current control) but not success, i think this is because my simoreg use interface board Z1011 and suplementary board Z1004.

i try to find manual book of Z1004 technology board, but i do not find it, i only find manual book of Z1011

So please help me where i can download Z1004 technology board manual book

I´m sorry, I don´t have the Z1004 manual available. since 6RA22 and Z1004 are phased out products it may be difficult to get it, maybe from the community?
phase out was announced in 1994:

The schedule to phase-out the product range is as follows:

Last possibility of ordering, complete drive units	E06/2003
Last supply of drive units	E12/2003
Last possibility of ordering spare parts	E12/2005
Spare parts supply up to	E12/2005
Repair possible up to	E12/2005
Product to be completely phased-out	E12/2005

To your problem: Did you try a new automatic current regulator optimization? Is everything correct with burden resistors? In the operating manual you find a list with the burden resistors. check also soldering of burden resistors (locatet on the power interface board).

Dear mr frimos,

thankyou.

i have trial automatic current regulator optimization, but didnt success and occur F37.

all burden resistor on good condition include the soldering.

but still occur F12, blush

i am verry need the manual book of Z1004 card.

What community you said that i can get the manual?

Hello,
have you checked the incoming supply voltage? is it perfectly balanced or un-balance voltages? Please check & confirm. F12 may get displayed because of too much unbalance in supply voltage.
