Pac3200 Communication Problem (I can't ping ip address of PC3200 through the HMI or PC)

IP:192.168.1.10 Subnet:255.255.255.0 Gateway:192.168.1.1 Protocol:Modbus TCP I did everything that described of link, but i could not carry out that application. http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/50428682 I can't ping ip address of PC3200 through the HMI or PC. What should i do? Best Regards...

Do you have a point to point connection to the pac? If yes, then use a switch or crosslink cable. No patchcable. The PAC3200 supports no auto cross detection.

(0)  Hello, Please control your communication protocol, menue point 21.6. Modbus TCP or SEAbus TCP? Do you use the actually firmware V2.2. LINK:  http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/de/31674577 Do you have the same problem with the SENTRON powerconfig Software V2.2? LINK:  http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/50241697 Deactivate the installed security-/ firewall software (Cat Client / virus scanner, windows firewall, etc…..) which can limit your network service.
