Can a 3VL circuit breaker be fed from the bottom instead of the top.  Also can it be mounted upside down?  Does anyone have a manual for this that shows the terminals?

Yes, the 3VL breaker can be fed from bottom.

The breaker should not be mounted upside down.

You can search and download the LV1T technical catalogue Chapter 16

In The Siemens Sivacon, the breakers are also fed from bottom.
