Problem in Support Request...

Hello,

I am having problem with creating support request from the link given under Contact...

I faced this about year ago when I tried that first time. Since then I tried that several time but I am unable to create a request a single time...sad

My other colleague has also tried for few times but same problem faced by him also.cry

My problem is, when I complete all steps, it shows that I will get mail. I am getting mail as follows.

Now this link bringing me to create a new support request...mad

Any one can help on this...???

FYI: I tried for 3-4 diff occurance in last 1 year for different cases but not succeded

Does it means Siemens is not taking my requests??sad

Hello Vithani,
from the mail you received i can read that you were not logged in when starting the request.
And i think you must log in (with the same login like here in forum) to complete your request or start a new one.

For more help maybe you could send some screenshots of your steps when making a new support request.

It's not necessary to attach screens. I think "the problem" is clear. Let's wait for Moderator' answer. Sorry I can't to help you Vithany with any advice. cry I didn't use this "option"...

Hello all,
to be honest i don´t know why this happens. The mail says he has to log in, and Vithani says that he is logged inRnf:lblSmileyTooltip_  think. So i think Bilao´s suggestion isn´t bad. Maybe with some screenshots we could find something. I also will ask my colleagues from the "support request"-department. Maybe they know something.

This problem is not new...

It just stuck now in my mind to ask for help regarding this issue so I created this threadtogue

Actualy I faced this from the time I joined this forum. Infact i joined this to take help and I wanted support request but unable to do that time too...

I tried 2-3 times previously and one more time in Last week..

I dont have any scren shot but I will upload after trying one more time..sad

I have taken PDF print also for 2-3 instances after completing all steps but I am not able to find it right now....cry

BTW I asked my seniors here, they also faced same so they are not using this function any more, instead they are using direct mail contact...astonished

I found my PDF...

Attached here...

I removed my Cell No and Mail ID from that...

It takes my company details automatically that shows that I already logged in...

And I got this at final stage which proves that I didnt did any thing wrong in any other step...

yes...

after that final step, I am receiving that above mail...

In some cases it is taking 2-3 hours or in last case I received that on the next day..
