GET DATA OF PAC3200 VIA OPC SERVER

Dear Siemens.
I am try to connect to PAC3200 via modbus TCP protocol. From PC, I can us "ping command" to PAC3200 is OK but when I try to read data via OPC, it cannot, OPC server is Kepserver software.
Pls help me
