    Dear Sirs:
There is a introduce about HORM function in Microbox IPC 427C manual.
But there is a list says "availble" in Microbox 427B manual.
The OS of 427C and 427B are different.
(Windows xp embedded v.s Windows embedded standard 2009)
Do you have use HORM function in Microbox 427B ?
                  Is it possible ?

                  Tks.

Dear Angus,

depends on the XP embedded version running on the Microbox...

What OS do you have? What Microbox are you using?

   Hi, grg:
My machine is Microbox 427B and it's OS is Windows xp embedded.
I have asked siemens hotline about this question.
They replied that you can't use this "HORM" function if this pc has installed simatic
             net software.

I think that there is usually simatic net software in simens's PC and this function will
be not used in siemens's PC.

By the way, why did I ask this function ?
It is that I try to find any method that can speed up the boot speed of a pc.

             Tks.
Angus.
