HMZ Joined 7/27/2008 Last visit: 3/26/2013 Posts: 45 Rating:  (3)	(0)  Hello All, I have multible IM153-2 with two CPUs CPU317-2. How can I know the 2 CPUs and the IMs status (running, stopped or failed)? I used SFC51 but I didn't succeed. attached the PLC program, please give me any idea.
