Hello everybody,
does anybody know how to configure systemdiagnostics V5 under WinCC V7 SP1? With the regular settings "WinCCDataserver" and the tagname my runtime hangs. Even waiting for a timeout doesn't work. Runtime is not accessible anymore after start showing systemdiagnostics picture. I can only reset WinCC to get the system working again.
Can I use OPC Server instead? And how do I have to configure that?

Hi mebe22,
yes, this behaviour occurs with the new WinCC V7 SP1 (WinCC V7 without SP works). This version is included in the current PCS7 version and the problem occurs as well. This is an error in WinCC.
I suggest to change the communciation settings to OPC. Either you use the OPCServer.WinCC or OPC.SimaticNet. This communication works at all times.
