Hi, I have to agree, it is most likely to be the IVI card, unless the sensor wire is degraded.
Depending on your technical level, you can experiment using a 10k potentiometer wired/connected to the IVI at X31 pins 1 & 2, at full resistance (i.e. 10kohms), this will simulate 25 degrees (approximately)
As the resistance is reduced (simulating temperature increase), the drive should trip on F023.
You cannot change the trip level, this is set in the firmware for the drive type (P070).
If you have a communication network on the drive, you can trend K0247, this should indicate whether the temperature is rising slowly (real temperature), or a sudden temperature spike (hardware problem).
