I need Simatic WinCC Scada basic package + appropriate options/addons. 

Following are my basic requirements:

1. This is for a graphical display of an automatic electroplating plant with a material handling system. The Position and Motion of Transporters, Process parameters in Tanks and things like Temp, pH, Level, Pressure needs to be monitored. 

2. Package has to handle configuration/setting of some process parameters and maintain a database.

3. Addition/Editing of customer information, product information, Operator information is required. 

4. Tags 512.

5. I also need option to put in some custom production control logic / intelligence depending on which production orders will be dispatched/transferred to PLC.

6. Historical Registry of events, breakdowns, occurrences. MS SQL Base database. 

7. Historical Registry of production data and process parameters. 

8. Reporting functionality of the Historical Data and Traceablity of products (what processes did the product undergo in one production run).

A special feature I need is the ability to develop and run some 'custom program/algorithm' (in any language(C/C# etc..) in the SCADA which can intelligently compute some production values at run-time and transfer those values to the PLC. Also another feature..I need is to be able to develop a User Interface screen where the batch number, product code, operator code, selected program can be fed into the system. Do include the appropriate add-ons/options if required for this purpose.
