CPU414H- Program Download to standby CPU

Will it be ok to download the same program to CPU Rack 0 and rack 1 manually? 

Or does it do automatically in a Simatic H Station, if our one CPU(rack 1) is powered off, how long does it take to transfer the program from the main CPu to the Standby CPU, if the batteries are installed?

Generally when you download block when 2 CPU are available block is downloaded to both.

Standby synchronizes with Master CPU within 10-40 seconds if only program block were changed - can't really say defined number, but fast.
