Why can't start Simulation after instal UPDATE 3 ?!!!

Why can't start Simulation (TIA Portal 11, wincc  pro 11)   after instal UPDATE 3 ?!!!
I can see  Error  "Failed to start simulation"
Is anybody have same problem?!!!

Try to fully rebuild project and then try again.

Hello AndyNeva,
Are you using WinCC RT Professional? I have came across this similar situation in WinCC RT Professional project, but i am not able to recollect if I had a the error message. After closing the TIA Portal and opening it again, then the problem did not repeat.

I rebuild ALL - But problem is exist!!!!!!!!!

of course i tried save and start from new project  - the problem exist!!!!
and for some reason have spontaneously flashing many bool tags

Hello AndyNeva,

I have install the update 3 for WinCC Professional.
It works fine.
Updates for STEP 7 V11 SP2 and WinCC V11 SP2

Did you have any behaviour during the installation of the update?
Did you reboot your computer after the installation?

OF COURSE I reboot!!!!!

Can u start Wincc pro RT with old (previous) project?!
