Hi,

I couldn't install it in windows 7 directly but if you have win 7 pro or ultimate you have free access to "windows xp mode" which is a virtual xp running on your windows 7 system (not a dual boot).

I could then install scout (and winncc flex, step-7...) in the virtual environment.

Note that you need a lot of RAM to run both OS smoothly (at least 4GB I'd say) and that the stability of scout in the virtual environment is not perfect but workable...

Will Scout 4.2 be windows 7 compatible ?
