Is it showing Only 6 or F006?

For F006 -

Bus Over VDC link voltageThe unit was shutdown due to anexcessive DC link voltage.


Line voltage-

 Shutdown threshold
range  
380 V to 460 V  835 V
500 V to 575 V  1042 V
660 V to 690 V  1244 V

Now if it is Not F006, try Made Power On/OFF


Try replacing CUR if you have any in Spare
Are you able to connect it using Drive Monitor?

thanks for reply,

its showing only 6 and i can't change to see any parametrs, but if i change the

PCB electronics (CUR) ,6SE7090-0XX85-1DA0 from other drive its working, how to repair this card and.from where i can get quotation for new card.

I am not sure if this can be repaired but you can contact your Nearest Siemens Center for Quotation of New card as well as for repair this faulty one

I replaced the new CUR card,now the unit is not showing any faults but the RED LED light on CUR cards is always flashing and Green led is always ON, and yellow  led is alway OFF, please advice.

CUR: Control unit For Rectifier...

Like CUVC....

But its Special for if you have rectifier unit seperately

Hi BALASUBRAMANIAN

CUR - Control Unit for Rectifier - It is main control card for Rectifier Unit. It contains all IO/s, EEProm which stores program and all the controlling is done through this CUR
