Hai all,
While i am working with a motion control application,the machine is actually from germany.
The 1FT6xxxx Permanent magnet servomotor with break connected to a simodrive LT module having following status ;
1) when 0V connected directly to break terminal and +24V connected through a contactor energised by PLC output ===> Motor making noice loudly and getting hot when drive get ready[no axis movement/command to the drive]
2) when 24V connected directly to break terminal and 0V connected through a contactor energised by PLC output ===> Motor making noice loudly and getting hot when drive get ready[no axis movement/command to the drive]
3) when 24V and 0V connected through a contactor energised by PLC output ===> Motor not making noice and not getting hot[no axis movement/command to the drive]
Actually my quastion is, in first two condition why motor making noice and getting hot when supply is from same power source???
